Macbook - Outlook repair issue - restore contacts

I do not have 99 GB. I created a new profile but I have lost all my previous emails and contacts and rules.  Can I retrieve this information from my outlook data or from my main profile and somehow attach/import it to my new profile?

What file can I delete afterwards in group containers to get rid of this huge file?
