Why apple still not allowed ECG and heart rate notifications in Pakistan? We have paid a lot of money for apple products why The company ignored Pakistani users?
Apple must provide us the liberty to enable ECG app on our watches by simply showing us the warning ⛔️ it must be users personal choice to whether to use the ecg app or not.
The ECG has to be government approved because it classes your watch as a medical device which needs approval from your country's health authority.
It's not a matter of just turning it on or off,there are a host of legal issues involved.

You’re right but for government approval company must gave send approval request to the govt along with supporting documents but apple corporation didn’t consider this and as a result we apple users are suffering
I think you should contact your health authority and ask them why they haven't approved it,after all nearly every other country on the planet has ECG except Pakistan,I wonder why?.

Thank you for sharing this we Pakistanis paid high prices for apple products but the company never realized this loyalty it seems Indian lobby is avoiding apple corporation to be functional in Pakistan
Australia went though this finger pointing blaming Apple for 2 and a half years, until finally the Australia government changed its policies, and approved the Apple Watch ECG.
During the entire 2 years there were claims Apple did not submit a request, when it was the Australian government that was the road block.
This is not political. It is a government thing.
And may I ask how you know that Apple hasn't submitted this request?.
Cuz the company didn’t launch its products officially in Pakistan even though after Samsung Iphone is the second biggest selling mobile phone in Pakistan
Howcome govt. officials approve this when the said company never write them about this matter and never asked them for an approval
