Erasing game data from iCloud

We understand you're wanting to restart the progress in one of your games on your iPhone.

If this is what you'd like to do, there are a few steps you can try as long as the game data is being stored in iCloud and not directly with the game's servers themselves.

1. First, go to Settings > [Your Name] at the top > iCloud and turn off the slider next to the game.
2. Next, uninstall the game
3. Go into Settings > [Your Name] at the top > iCloud > Manage Storage > tap the [Name of the Game] > Delete Data. (It can take a bit of time for the data to be removed depending on the size.)
4. Once you see the screen go back to "iCloud Storage", reinstall the game, and play it for a bit until it gives the option to save.

The game will have automatically been turned back on in Settings > [Your Name] at the top > iCloud once you reinstall the game, so you won't have to worry about changing the slider setting back to the on position.

You should now have the ability to start the game progress over.
