If it is not running, you can enter the serial # on the bottom of the stand into one of the following sites.
"A" numbers were "recycled" when that model was made. There are three 24-inch iMac that were assigned the non-specific A1225 number between 2007 and 2009:

I pulled my info from the specs you provided as referenced in the app “Mactracker”.
Any way you look at it it's an old and I mean an OLD iMac. If you are considering using it, please do not spend any money on it as it has zero value.
