How do I edit/capture a "live" photo on iCloud on my iMac?

I know how to capture and edit a Live Photo on my iPhone. When I open iCloud on my Mac, I don't see an option for grabbing just one of those shots. I see the "LIVE" button in the upper left hand corner.

And when I hover on the button, all the individual snapshots turn into a little movie. How do I grad one of those snapshots the same way I do on my phone, when I click "edit. Thank you.
