Getting old videos through icloud
Hello! I need to download a video from 2015 and my photos/videos currently only go back to 2016. I purchased a lot more storage for icloud. How can I now get my video from 2015?

It sounds like you are not seeing older videos that you need to download from iCloud.
Here are some resources that can help:
- As iCloud is a syncing service, the video will still need to be available on a device. Make sure that iCloud Photos is turned on for that device Turn iCloud features on or off.
- If you don't see it on your device, review If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app.
