How do i get my iTunes to sync from my iPhone 12 to my MacBook air? Nothing is updating from my phone to my mac

Hi nirving,

Thanks for reaching out about syncing your devices. We can help with this. Using iTunes or Finder to sync is one direction only. It can go from the computer to the iPhone, but not the other way around. If you want to sync info like this, you can use iCloud instead.
