Before the most recent update, my charging case would drain before the phone's battery. Now, however,
the phone's battery will drain to 1% and then shut down and the case will still be at 100%. I have to plug it in to a charging cable before the case will start charging the phone.

Thank you for your response. I talked with apple support, because the problem is happening on both my husband's phone and apple battery case as well as mine. Apple things it is a bug with the latest update.
