iCloud account charged twice in two different credit cards

Hi there,


I noticed on my credit card statements that I have been charged twice, on the same month on each credit card.

Wondering how the issue can be fixed, as my understanding was that when I change a payment option, the previous one should be deleted from the system.

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities! We understand that you've received duplicated charges on different payment methods. We'd be glad to help point you in the right direction. First, we'd recommend seeing if you can identify these charges by following the steps in If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement.


If the charges are unauthorized or unknown still, you'll want to get in touch with an Apple billing and account specialist next. They'll be able to investigate these charges on your account further with you. You may reach them directly by heading over to Get Support.
