I need need help recovering my original apple account.. someone has stolen my original iCloud account.

I need help recovering my original iCloud account please. My iPhone was stolen back last year and I was never able to recover it. I have purchased a new iPhone and opened a new iCloud account, but now I need to access some information and emails that was on my original account.

iPhone SE, iOS 14
