Are you observing what is in your account at iCloud.com after signing in there using your Apple ID and a computer?. If so, your Apple ID has not been changed, and you should be able to archive or make copies of whatever you want and download them to a computer. You can be sure that it is my account. by asking me questions that only the account owner knows.
For example, which year did you make the account, and in which city did you make the account, and what was kind of you phone at that time, what were the security questions at that time and what was the password.

OK, so your can't access your account. I am sorry. I don't see how, short of police work, you could ever recover your account. And, if you did, it would be unrecognizable as your account.
