Water damaged iPhone XR

i have the iPhone XR and was out in the garden having a bbq when I dropped it into the paddling pool. That was 2 days ago and since then things have slowly stopped working like my front camera which means no Face ID and now also my volume up button. Today at the top left of the screen it’s slowly starting to turn black, is it possible to get this repaired and if so how much? Also should I be expecting the phone to die completely in the coming days?

We can't really predict what will happen in the next few days. You should make sure you have it backed up just in case it does completely fail. See the instructions in the previous link.
