Please help me

I have a iPhone SE 2020 and my phone has got 2 speakers but I think that 1 of them don’t work as well as the other.

How can I check if it work I think that listening an audio with only 1 speaker I can check

My iPhone keeps trying to connect to the audio for my Mac (to be it's audio source) and I want to turn that off -- what can I do? This only started happening since the new update. What speaker is it that you think isn't working? If you mean the grill at the bottom left of your phone, that is not a speaker. It's s a microphone.
