Strange Bluetooth Address

I’m seeing an iPhone Bluetooth address: b4:1B:B0:BF:98:97

is this normal? It looks like a hack job!?

My iPhone has been connecting to a strange bluetooth device Whenever I have my bluetooth on, My phone has been connecting to a strange bluetooth device that is just a bunch of letters and number. It says connected but I am not given the information icon in order to disconnect to it. I would like to figure out if this is a concern or if my device is being hacked and if so how i can fix this because sometimes it cuts off my sound. I do not have a managed device, this is not a work phone or anything like that so I have no idea what this mysterious device could be. Any advice? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

That is a MAC address, it's unusual to see that for a Bluetooth device name but not a hack job.
