I am trying to use Apple Email account in Mozilla Thunderbird.
Do I have to use my main Apple account (or can I use an Alias)?
What are the settings?
I have so far used:
imap.mail.me.com Port 993 SSL, and smtp.mail.me.com port 587 STARTTLS.
But these are not recognised by Thunderbird.
Apple Mail on my MBA and iPhone work just fine.
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.4
If using Third Party Application to access iCloud mail - must log into https://appleid.apple.com/ and Generate a Specific Password to be used in ThunderBird instead of your Apple ID password.
