Do you sell upgrade memory for the PRIMARY (OS) drive for a 7,1 Mac Pro?
Anyone know how to upgrade the OS drive in 2019 Mac Pro 7,1 and where to get the parts?

At this writing, only Apple sells the parts, and they will only sell you a full-price upgrade -- no credit for return of your smaller cards.
The installation requires another Mac to host the firmware update/restore program.
