iPhone 12 issues with signal strength in a 4 bar coverage area. My second iPhone 11 has no issues.

I lose signal communications about every 2-3 minutes in a strong signal area. My second phone is a iPhone 11 and I do not see the issue. Verizon is the carrier. I have defaulted to LTE and still have to use the airplane mode and the reset workaround. Restarting phone from cold does not help.

I have issues with my iPhone 12 also. I've done everything recommended by Apple support and my carrier. My iPhone 7 never had internet connection issues from my house or dropped calls from my house or while driving like this iPhone 12 does. Very expensive phone to have so many issues. I'm taking it back to the Apple store in hopes I can just exchange for an iPhone 11 - thinking this 5G iPhone isn't fully ready for prime time.

Hi there garyiPhone12user,

We understand you're experiencing an issue with the cellular connection on your iPhone 12.

It looks like you've already reviewed If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad.

If so, and the issue persists, check out the specific section below:

"Get more help

If your carrier confirms that there's no issue with your account or network, but you still can't connect to a cellular network, contact Apple Support.

If you see an alert next to No Service, learn what you can do."

Regards.
