Keynote isn't opening files from server

We use a server for our agency files and whenever I download a keynote file from the server keynote immediately crashes. I can see the preview of the files after they dowloaded, all slides are there. I can also open local keynote files, and files I downloaded in the past, that's no problem. Any idea how I can solve this?
