Even though my age in apple id is right (I'm 19) I'm unable to activate family sharing? It asks me to contact an adult? Why is that. How do I fix it?

I don't know very much about Family Sharing but the first question that comes to mind is: Are you currently part of a Family Sharing group? If that is the case, I wouldn't be surprised that this prevents you from creating your own. In which case, ask the Family Sharing organizer to remove you from the group.
