You'll want to check for updates to your apps, should the problem arise anew.
And should this arise anew and there's a commercial add-on VPN client around, disable and remove that and try again.

I find it remarkable that there has never been a conclusive answer to the Devguru debacle. I have never installed any application from Devguru in my Mac. Not EasyBee, Not EasyCanvas, no Twomon or any other application Devguru develops. I want this message gone from my Mac forever. How can I do this?
Yes it was Big Sur 11.4. After restarting 3 or 4 times, it update. Thank you for replying so quickly. Only internet I have is through Iphone 7+.
What are you trying to update? Is this a Big Sur update or a third party app?
