I want to buy an apple watch series 6 gps model 44 mm in usa and I want to know if everything will work ok in Albania Europe with my iphone 11 pro max? should I order any specific model? if yes, which model?

The GPS-only version will work fine anywhere in the world. There is only one GPS-only model for a specific case size. You don't get to choose.

if I understood correctly, are you talking about the gps + cellular version which can not be connected (which I am not interested in) or the gps model can not be connected to my iphone?

The GPS-only model can be connected to your Phone just fine, not cellular service directly since its just GPS. I was referring to the GPS version's inability to connect to cellular service at all. Regardless of where it is in the world. But again, it will connect to your phone and work normally as a GPS only watch.
so my watch will work on everything? but not phone calls when the phone is not nearby, such as the gps + cellular version! (which does not interest me)
