Every time I wear my AIRPODS Pro, I get an allergic reaction. It doesn't happen when I wear just my normal earbuds with the wire attached. When I googled the issue, there's definitely a lot of people having similar problems.

Actually there is a long thread here about it but define “a lot”. Plus “lots” of people are allergic to petroleum based products. You should contact an allergist. A Community Specialist will be along to post a link to contact Apple.
