The right button of the Bigsur 14 system Chinese simplified and traditional Chinese conversion is disabled in WORD, unable to convert Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese!
But it can be converted in note paper or text editing software or other software?

You might be better off asking other Mac Word users in the official Microsoft answers community for Word. Also, Microsoft has a Keyboard Shortcuts reference for MS Word on the Mac.
MS Word is not an Apple product and how it converts simplified to traditional Chinese is out of scope for these communities. If the above links are insufficient, contact Microsoft.
