iPhone XR flashlight and camera

I woke up yesterday to my camera and flashlight not working on my phone. It was suggested in an article to update my phone. After updating, the camera and flashlight began to work again. I woke up again today with the same issue, the only difference is that my phone is now up to date and I have no my fixes. I’ve followed everything on the article. Closing the app, resetting my phone, powering off my phone etc!
