Apple Music

I had to cancel my Apple Music subscription in Canada and restart it in the US to change countries and billing currency (I recently moved). Now that I have Apple Music in the US, all my music from back when I had an Apple Music subscription in Canada is gone. How can I get all those songs and playlists back?
