Cannot connect to App Store

My iPhone 11 from brand new cannot connect to App Store. I've done trouble shooting, followed steps etc but nothing seems to work, any advise. ?

- If none of the suggestions work, try the last one: "If you’ve tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support."
