App from a diffrent country

Hi,

so in 2012 I was in America and downloaded a program Called Pandora Radio.

At that time I had an American icloud account, but in 2013 I came back to South Africa and needed to create a South African Icloud account and the app stayed on the phone and still worked.

It worked well up until the resent update now it keeps on telling me I need to update the app but I can no longer remember my American icloud account.

Is there a way around this? Or do I need to change my region or create a new American Icloud account?

iPhone 8, iOS 14

If Pandora isn't available in S. Africa and that is where you now reside then you no longer have access to it.

"Redownload your apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books on any devices that you might use to play or read them in the future. That's because some types of content might not be available in your new country or region."
