I want to cancel my subscription to MeWe how do I do this?

Assuming you made the subscription through the App Store, open Settings, tap on your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Tap on the subscription and tap to cancel it. Note that after canceling the subscription will still be active until the end of the current subscription period, and the listing will stay in Subscriptions, usually with options to renew it visible.
