my phone has suddenly become very hot, not in sun, cameras have all steamed up and phone now dead? Help please.

That sounds like you have got it damp or wet

You should arrange a "repair"

This may well be a replacement phone and the price is in the article, depending on your warranty or AppleCare+ status.
