Attempting to use daskeyboard mechanical USB keyboard & mouse with new 2021 iMac. Doesn't see either devices. Both devices are plugged into Orico GEN2 HUB, that is connected to USB-C port on back of iMac. Any Ideas?
As a test, try connecting the keyboard and/or mouse directly to the iMac with a USB-C to USB adapter instead of the hub.

Both USB mechanical keyboard and Razor Mamba Elite USB mouse work only through USB C to USB A adapters directly into USB C ports on the back of M1 iMac. Thankfully since I have the upper tier, I have 2 additional Thunderbolt ports.
Adapter arrives tomorrow. Will post back with results.

If you need more USB-A ports, put a USB-A hub on one of the USB-C to USB-A adapters.
