How do I get rid of this persistent and increasingly frustrating message that keeps appearing in my notifications....it really is becoming very irritating and despite trying everything suggested online this message persists.

Hi, thank you for getting back to me on this issue. The steps outlined in your solution, were exactly the steps I took before posting my question but nevertheless I have just repeated them again and again the same notification has appeared yet again. It is a small thing, but very irritating.
