I have this notification that asks me to remove and reinsert the sin card to keep using my number that apparently has expired but nothing happens when I do so. Also, I’m not able to register this phone number for iMessage and Facetime, but any other sim card that I insert immediately offers me to activate as iMessage contact number.
Q: How do I re-register my original phone number?

There is no issue with sim card itself, it is the same sim and phone number that I have been using for years. Calls and SMS working (send/receive) both in my cellular network and in roaming.
Phone number is added to “My phone number” but it is not offered to be selected as iMessage contact, there is only apple ID e-mail listed.
