iPhone calls

I miss several calls while I'm in my house. The calls don't ring, I don't see any indication of a missed call. I have an iPhone 12, a netgear modem with xfinity, and an eero router. It is not an issue with do not disturb, or ringer off. I've reset network settings. I've communicated with eero and xfinity and still have the issue. Anyone have any ideas on a fix?

If there is no missed call in your call list, then your phone never received the call.

It's possible you simply have poor coverage in your house.
