How do I enable the built-in Clock app on iPhone?

I don't know whether the clock app exists anymore or not. I get the time from the lock screen or the title bar and get the other clock features, such as stopwatch, from the control panel. So did I disable the actual clock app sometime in the past or is it not a thing anymore? If I disabled it, how do I reenable it?

I ultimately want to know the time in seconds. The clock app icon would do this. There was also some way to get an analog clock display, but I can't figure that out now. I tap on a city name in world clock and it does nothing, for example.

Any ideas?

The Clock app is not one of the apps that can be deleted but with iOS 14 it can be removed from the home screen. If you have iOS 14, go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.

I got to the world clock from the Timer or Alarm buttons in Control Center. Those both bring up the Clock app and you can press World Clock at the bottom.

Now the second part of my question - is there any way to see seconds or to see an analog clock from inside the Clock app anymore? I can't make it work by tapping a clock in World Clock.
