I updated my watch to OS 7.5 and now some complications fail to appear on my watch (series 5). All of the complications show while in “My Faces” but they do not show up on my watch. Messages and Sleep to name a few. I also lost the Alarm app.

Do you notice these corresponding applications on your iPhone, that you're paired with? Have you tried restarting both devices, to see if the issue remains? Please make sure your iPhone is updated, that's paired to your Apple Watch, with help here: Update iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

My iPhone is up to date with iOS 14.6. The watch has iOS 7.5. I have restarted both devices multiple times with no success. The watch is paired with my iPhone. The apps appear on my iPhone but some of them do not appear on my watch. My watch also gets stuck during boot up.
I unpaired my watch from my phone multiple times but I still get the same result. In the screenshot below, it shows all three complications along the bottom. The second image is what my watch looks like. Those complications do not show up on my watch.
