Not receiving voicemail notifications on iPhone 11 Pro and T-mobile
I have the same problem as someone previously posted back in April 2020. I've spent more than 5 hours with T-mobile customer support. Several weeks ago a tech at T-Mobile said this is a known issue with the iPhone and T-mobile. Obviously it doesn't work for me running a business when I don't get message notifications until up to 6 days later. It happened a couple of years ago as well and I went through T-Mobile support, they sent me to Apple Support, who then sent me back to T-Mobile support, who then did something that fixed it. This time around T-mobile still hasn't fixed it. Thought I'd try here. With support we've reset the network, reset the voicemail, and most recently put in a new SIM card.
