How can i setup voicemail, when voicemail is not available?

My voicemail is not available, how can i fix this?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

Voicemail is a feature provided and managed by your Cellular Service Provider. Try Force ReStarting your iPhone 8 Plus as shown below-

Force restart iPhone 8

Press and hold both the volume down button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

If the above does not resolve the voicemail issue then please contact your carrier and have them reset and activate the voicemail on their side for your account.
