Scan a QR Code to create an email

Dear,

I have an Iphone XR with IOs 14.6 and since I installed this version, every time I photograph a QR Code (Qr code in question is to create an Email), APP MAIL creates me emails, but within the Body of the email i characters are all written on the same line and the new line character is no longer interpreted and the TAG <BR> is inserted.
