When I check on file information on the image, is was 5.7MB, however, when I exported with maximum quality, it became 653KB.
My other exported images have no issue, the size is similar, except for those picture 'white background' layer.
Attached please do find some of the screen shots.
May I know how can I maintain the file size?

Ou seem to have cropped the image, as the pixel size is rather small. if you just export a cropped section the file size will be smaller than for the original. To see the full image at the original quality, export it with File > export > export unmodified original. Do you get the full file size then?

Yes, when I crop a photo and look at the Info in Photos, the file size shown in the Finder remains the same, only the pixel size is different.

Yes, you are so right, when I change my background images into white, the file size became very small, although the image quality maintain no change.
May I know IF I want to maintain the file size even I change the background, any suggested way?

Also bear in mind that the large white area will compress a lot with no loss of quality. There is no detail, so no information in that area, and can be represented with very few bytes.
