Dear All,
I have been committed to using Apple products since 2013 , however I have faced a problem concerning my Mac Book Air 2020.
The thing is there are a serious of little dimples directly in the middle of the screenr Disc Model. A local Apple service has informed me that I have to cover all the expenses. To make things worse , I have checked through the Apple support service that my computer was not officially registered . ( I have a one year warranty (valid till 21 June 2020) as I bought my MacBookAir from the official representative office based in Kyiv Ukraine.
My Question is - How can I check my order or contact a USA Apple service center as I will have been waiting for my order for 4 weeks by the end of this week. I am ready to cover all the expenses , which is half the price, the only thing I need is to receive my computer back.
