my watch needed to be reset , when I try to set it up I get the below message. I have tried multiple internet sources with the same result. I see there are lots of examples for this online but am unable to find a fix. My phone is up to date software wise . Can anyone help?
I tried everything from Fiery Jack, thanks 👍 I’m all sorted now. I used a friends iPhone instead . I have an 11 she has a 7. We set it up as a new watch for her . Update went through. Then unpaired it from her phone and paired it back to mine. All is good in the world again 👍
