Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.


If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner. Pick the closest topic you can find.

I've called support twice today for a total of being on hold for an hour only to not be answered by apple pay support and disconnected at 5pm. Twice now I have been charged $300.00 on apple pay first time is when my card was connected to the apple wallet and my bank flagged it and I let them know it wasn't me then removed my card from the account. Then charged again for balance adjustment. Like I said before calling twice only to be hung up on by apple pay support. This is not how a customer of your products should or deserves to be treated.
