How do I get iTunes to accept authorization?

iTunes says my computer isn't authorized to play certain songs. I type in the PW. iTunes tells me computer was already authorized. This has happened 5 times already. Twice it's started playing the wrong song, and when I click on the right one, we go through the whole stupid process again.

The album (Paul Simon's GRACELAND is now playing OK on my old laptop, but it's still messed up on my work laptop. I tried to delete and reimport earlier but only two songs made it, and they won't play without going through that "authorize" thing over and over again. How do I sync the two laptops without erasing the folder that works?
