My sister's kid installed these apps without my knowledge, and he told me he didn't know anything about the premium subscribe. In fact, I think he tried to cancel it, but didn't figure out how.


It was a mistake, I didn't give permission for this purchase and only found out about it last night! The transaction went through yesterday, it has been a day since my bank card was charged. I will not use these programs, this is not some kind of trick. I don't need them.

Well, your email shows that a refund was issued.


There is nothing for you to do. You have to wait until your bank posts the money back to your account. Depending on your method of payment, it can take up to 30 days.


You can check with your bank to see how long it will take.


And remember, do not allow anyone else make purchases.
