Cellular won't set up on my watch
I have my son's apple watch which has never been connected to his cellular plan. I called AT&T to help resolve but they were unable to assist. They advised me to contact apple support.

Which watch do you have? Does it have the red ring on the digital crown?
If it is the GPS version it will not be able to connect to the cellular network.
