Cannot connect cellular

I am at AT&T and we cannot connect both our Apple watches to cellular we have tried all the troubleshooting options

cellular connect hello, I bought my watch about one month and it can be connected to cellular at first, but now it is unable to connect to cellular (receive messages without Wi-Fi). The moment I realized that it cannot be connected to cellular is the time I only wore the watch outside and kept my phone at home.

Apple Watch 9 does not connect to Verizon Cellular I am unable to connect my brand new Apple Watch 9 to Verizon cellular via the app. I contacted Verizon and they were unable to connect my Watch to the network. They are currently working on it. Has anybody had the same issue? How did you fix it?

New apple watch set up by provider not able to connect cellular I’ve reset both my phone and watch and fully updated the software. Had the EID number manually put into the watch by my provider but mine will not show that there is a sim, it says no ICCD or no SIM card with no provider. Because of this I am unable to connect to a cellular that is connected to my account. My provider have no idea what they are doing either and cannot understand what is going on. If you have figured out how to fix this issue please reply back it would be greatly appreciated.

Have you check the range of the mobile network?, see this Apple article:
