Icloud notes error

Im trying to access the notes on my icloud but an error message keeps coming up.

has this happened to anyone?

It seems you are using chrome browser , switch to safari https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/make-safari-your-default-web-browser-ibrwa008/14.0/mac/11.0

And configure notes account Add or remove accounts in Notes on Mac - Apple Support

Uninstall anti virus , third party softwares / unidentified apps in case if used on Mac , don't use any vpn services .
