I signed up and received confirmation for the game changer / team manager app. I am only recieving the live stream and not the other features included with the 2.99 monthly charge.

As that is not an Apple product, contact them to find out about this.
I wish we could help you, but this is a 3rd party application and as users only on this user to user forum, we are not tied to the app in any way. In all reality, Apple isn't either, other than providing a platform for the app to be sold in the App Store.
