“iCloud Drive is loading…” in Files app

Why my iphone is stuck on “iCloud Drive is loading…” in Files app. I tried restart my iphone but still the same. Then i tried to logout my apple id then log in back still the same. I tried to surf my icloud drive on website on iphone and desktop no problem.

Hi rud420,

We understand you're experiencing an issue with iCloud Drive. Does this happen on multiple Wi-Fi networks? If using cellular data, if you go to Settings > Cellular, scroll down to iCloud Drive and any third-party cloud services you use, are they enabled?
