Apple certified refurbished shop

The Apple online refurbished shop is not available in many countries nor where available is the content necessarily the same in each refurb store. If it is not listed on the Apple site main page for a given country, then it is not available there.

Looking at the very fine print at the bottom of the Apple Australia web site (https://www.apple.com/au/) there is an Australia refurbished store there -> https://www.apple.com/au/shop/refurbished but iPhones are not amongst the listed refurb items available.
